Shop Services
Our 7,000 square foot shop is conveniently located 30 minutes north of Houston in Dayton, TX. We are equipped with the following equipment to accomplish projects:
- 40' x 16' temperature controlled room to maintain rubber and adhesives at recommended temperatures
- 15 ton overhead crane
- 2 autoclaves measuring 50' L x 10'OD and 16'L x 36'OD
- 125 HP Steam Boiler to vulcanize rubber
- 40k trailer mounted hydro blast machine
- 1600 CFM Air Compressor with 10 ton sandblasting pot mounted
- 24 ton sand hopper
- (2) 6 ton sandblasting pots
- (2) cubic foot sandblasting pots
Field Services
We have all the necessary including some of the listed above equipment to complete any repair or inspection at our customers’ sites. Lopez Tank Lining offers a one of a kind 53′ mobile rubber lining trailer equipped with:
- A/C & heater to maintain ambient temperature
- Heating cutting tables to warm rubber for better application
